The Synesso MVP Hydra is a quality espresso machine with individual brew boilers, PID temperature control, programmable volumetrics, Programmable pre-infusion with a external pump and motor for each group head.

The Synesso MVP Hydra is for anyone who wants full control over their espresso recipes. This Hydra is for specialty boutique shops that have time to play with their extractions.

Why do we carry it?

The Synesso MVP Hydra is the same great machine as the Synesso MVP but with additional pumps and flow control. This addition gives you even more control over your pre-infusion by allowing you to adjust the incoming line pressure. The MVP Hydra can be set up in manual mode for a hands on experience and you can record and save your manual brews and use it volumetrically. You can also program the volumetrics on the handheld controller.
