Parts and accessories:
Parts and accessories may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Electronics or circuit boards are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Sales of circuit boards and electronics are final. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. You can request a refund by logging in to your account.
Heavy freight such as espresso machines and large brewers which require palletization must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. All equipment returns will have a 15% restocking fee as well as a flat fee of $350 to cover return freight shipping. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
