Shipping FAQ
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Most in stock spare parts orders over $100 ship free UPS Ground within the lower 48 U.S. states. Orders under $100 will be shipped using calculated rates at the time of checkout.
Most commercial espresso machines also ship free. Some exclusions apply.
Are there any exclusions?
Free and flat-rate shipping does not apply to: Home espresso equipment, cleaning supplies, special order parts or accessories. If you need a lift gate you will need to select the lift gate option at checkout.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
What about Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
UPS calculated rates apply for standard shipping.
How does freight shipping work?
- Free freight shipping in the lower 48 states (lift gate service is not included)
- Curbside delivery only, via 18-wheeler. A commercial loading dock is Highly Advised. IF you need a lift gate please select that option at the time of checkout.
- An adult must be present to sign for delivery
- Please inspect your order before signing and note any damage on the receipt
When will my order ship?
- Orders don’t ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays
- Check with orders@blackrabbitservice.com for lead times on parts or accessories.
- Check with sales@blackrabbitservice.com for lead times on equipment.
- Weather or other delays may affect shipping times
Return Policies
Parts and Accessories:
Parts and accessories may be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Electronics or circuit boards are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Sales of circuit boards and electronics are final. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. You can request a refund by logging in to your account.
Heavy freight such as espresso machines and large brewers which require palletization must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. All equipment returns will have a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for covering return freight shipping. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.
