Quick Tech ™©® : Kegerator Clean Out!

Phew, it’s hot! And we’ve been chugging cold brew around in the shop so for todays Quick Tech ™©® : we thought we’d show you how to keep the good time flowing by cleaning your draft lines. Watch as Double J shows us just how easy it can be to keep your coffee tasting clean and delicious!

Steps

• Disconnect cold brew keg
• Get an empty keg or pressure bottle 
• Make a cleaning solution with Urnex Clearly Cold 
• Install keg and open the faucet
• Let about half the liquid run through the line
• Close the faucet and let stand for 10 minutes
• Run remaining solution through the line
• Repeat process with Urnex Complete Cafe sanitizer
• Repeat process again flush with fresh water
• Reinstall cold brew keg
• Discard first pour
• Enjoy!
