Introducing the Steam Single... the most accessible SLAYER yet.

The Steam Single brings all the beloved features of SLAYER’s popular Steam LP into a single group platform. Easily pull manual shots while shifting between flow rates to ‘record’ your favorite shot and ‘playback’ all day. A dedicated pre-infusion circuit lets the barista gently saturate the coffee bed for more balanced, consistent extractions.

A professional grade tool. Commercial group, independent steam tank, and serviceable internal parts make the Steam Single a capable tool for coffee carts, kiosks, and home users serious about their espresso game.

Plus, for the first time on a SLAYER, an internal reservoir allows for plumb free operation.
