Tools:
- Flathead Screwdriver
- Adjustable Wrench or Pliers Blind Basket
Steps:
· Double check to make sure that pump flow has been consistently low.
· Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the portafilter basket and replace with blind basket. · Run the group head with the blind basket.
· Loosen the lock nut on the pump using a wrench or pliers.
· Using a flathead screwdriver slowly adjust the pressure adjustment screw turning clockwise until the machine is back at 9 bars.
· Tighten the lock nut with the previously mentioned wrench or pliers.
· Turn off the group head.
· Replace the blind basket with the espresso basket.
· Pack up your tools.
