Who is it for?
Large restaurants, cafeterias, and hotels in need of a high volume and high-quality drip coffee brewer.
Why do we carry it?
The high capacity CBS-2152V+ allows you to brew up to 3 gallons of coffee at a time (1.5 gal/side) The built-in bypass valve allows you to program specific volumes of water to bypass the coffee bed so you can really dial in those larger batch brews. This brewer can produce around 600 8oz cups/hour and has the same easy programmability as the smaller CBS-2132 XTS
